Just purchased the game yesterday and there doesn't seem to be any audio. I've tried lowering everything and then raising it back up but nothing changed. Is this a bug? (I can tell my laptop isn't muted or anything because I tried Spotify to make sure)
normally i dont complain about pricing for a game but as someone making their own game as well i know it can get difficult sometimes but 30$ is way too much especially in this economy where gas alone costs roughly that much just for one tank of gas, those who spend this amount of money on a hentai game when there are other games that are free and way better looking and have a better play style with many many more endings than yours are either lonely or insane or all the above.
Karryn's Prison is on sale for $25.49 until 03.23.23 on Steam it is also $25.49 and on Dlsite it is also $24.96 I think for a promotional price it is ok for the amount you get and how the game continues to be supported with new updates where the game is improved with new small new content added. The game has been optimized to run more smoothly on weaker systems and Karryn's Prison has also added more languages because the community has requested it. The developers let the community participate for the future plans of the game. The game is also getting new content like GYM DLC which is in the works. Karryn's Prison is one of the games that is hard to replace with another hentay game in my opinion. Karryn's Prison is also the only game I have played through 3 times without getting bored.
Of course there are also cheaper good hentay games under $10/20 where the size is similar and the quality is similarly good, but I personally don't know of any hentay game that could replace Karryn's Prison in terms of game depth, concept, design and the H- Scene.
black lilith makes hentai games with more depth and design and even has multiple endings and multiple quest systems you can get 99% of their hentai games for free on either f95zone or their actual site and even then alot of their games get sequels or have continuing story lines and dlcs. they charge roughly 15-20 usd on their site but on f95zone they post the free versions of their games as well.
as for pricing on this one it's still ridiculously over priced for a hentai game, i myself have been working on a game in rpg maker mv for over 4 years building my own game solo doing my own artwork and then some so i dont have to spend money or charge people for my own game when i release it, i could understand 5-10$ at the most because of time and effort put into the game but when you over charge this much for a game thats based around sex it doesn't become worth the money hell if you really wanted to find something to masturbate to, then go to a strip club the gas prices alone would cost 30 or so dollars to even get there alone, its not worth the investment when there are free games with just the same amount of graphics design concept and game depth and way more hentai scenes, if you want to find a game that can and will replace this one try out f95zone.

The only thing you can compare is story and design and the decision choice. Karryn's Prison has more than one story and choices. Please see the description. For the hentay scene, I would agree that Black Lilith Hentay Games has better hentay scene and story, but Karryn's Prison gives you more gameplay and a better overall package. But I don't want to deny your opinion and say that your opinion is wrong. I just want to give another view on it and to better understand it. The site F95zone I have no opinion it can be good it can also be bad in the last studies is said that illegal downloads even good for the game industry, because thus more purchasing power and support entstehet in the late course for the industry can grow and thus the shame is less than the profit. Black Lilith does not release their games for free (except for Action Taimanin but that is riddled with microtransactions) and they do not post their own games on f95zone.
How don't you get bored? you played through it 3 times? more like 30 with all of the game-overs to make players feel completely hopeless with not many rewards once you progress.
This game isn't even as complicated as you say either. You make it seen its a game of chess when it's really not. Just because you may have to attack an enemy different than another enemy does not make it a complex system, it just means I gotta click more buttons.
The H scenes are kinda mid, It gets super repetitive playing the game on the same level being limited to the same H scenes over and over until I subjugate the level I'm on. The nothing much to explore in the game except a small, cramped prison with not much interactivity. like at least give us side quest of some sort.
There are games out there that are non H games that are actually worth 30 dollars, the only reason you get as many hours you do from this game is starting over and over, the game forces you to have those hours. If I bought a title worth 30 dollars then they'd give me the 30+ hour experience without forcing me and all of those hours if=s filled with content.
Dying over and over isn't content, its a game mechanic stretched out completely by these developers.

I played through the game 3 times in a row, but took a break on each run. From 1 to 2 weeks to increase my curiosity. That's why I did not get bored so quickly.

The best selling point of this game is that its actually unique in its own term as it doesn't follow the 'normal' path of most other casual eroge games, it really shows that the devs clearly care about the uniqueness of their game and the community.

I have two tips how you can fix your error
1st tip is close all browsers so goggel Crome, Internet Explorer, Opera and so on.
2nd tip is download RPG Maker VX Ace from the site: "https://www.rpgmakerweb.com/run-time-package" this is the engine where the game runs.
these two things can help.
